Mangement System on EDI' S Documeut and Message

单证的标准化和EDI的应用已经成为当前国际贸易中的两大热门话题，并且带来了国际贸易方式的变革。鉴于我国的实际情况，在参考了UN／EDIFACT制定的一系列标准单证、EDI报文标准和我国现在出台的最新的单证标准的基础上，为解决当前出现的问题而设计和开发了本系统，旨在使得计算机能够更好地参与并负责外贸业务中单证的自动处理和管理。本系统除已经实现了发票、装箱单、进出口许可证、信用证、产地证标准单证的录入、编辑和查询等功能外，还应EDI发展的需要，实现了标准单证（如发票等）到EDI标准报文的转换、EDI报文（发票报文）到标准单证之间的转换功能，并且能够查询和编辑转换后的EDI报文。相信此系统的开发和应用，必会在一定程度上提高外贸业务人员对标准单证和EDI专业知识的认识水平。

These years both the standard mode of trading documents and the applications of EDI are becoming the most attentive hot point of the international trade. They would lead to a deep trade revolution. According to the reality of our country this computer system has been exploited after consulting the documents and EDI's standards of UN/EDIFACT and our country order to the need of international trade. The purpose of this system is to make computers more widely in used in international trade.This system has carried into effect some advanced functions of document's operation, such as making, amending or examining a piece of document. In addition the system may serve the function of translating the documents (such as Darft) into EDI messages, translation of EDI mesmpes (Draft message) into documents and amending or reading the EDI maseages. It is believed that the efficiency and quality of the international trade will be extensively promoted because of the applications of this system.
