摘要
采用自制的大分子表面改性剂对多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)进行表面改性,制备改性MWNTs/丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)复合材料,研究改性MWNTs用量对复合材料性能的影响,并与炭黑补强的ACM性能进行对比。结果表明:用MWNTs填充ACM制备的材料,其性能远优于炭黑补强的ACM橡胶的性能;随着改性MWNTs用量的增大,复合材料常规力学性能、耐热老化性能、耐油性、耐磨性和热分解温度逐渐提高,储能模量呈增大趋势,玻璃化转变温度(tg)逐渐降低,损耗因子先降低后增加,MWNTs用量为10.0%时最小。
A self-regulating macromolecular surface modifier was used for the modification of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs),and MWNTs/ACM composites were prepared.The effects of modified MWNTs addition on the properties of the composites were investigated.The results showed that MWNTs /ACM composites are more superior to those of ACM filled with carbon black(CB),and as the addition level of modified MWNTs increased,mechanical properties,hot air aging properties,oil resistance,wear resistance,thermal decomposition temperatures,and the storage modules of MWNTs /ACM composites increased,glass-transition temperatures decreased,tanδ decreased first and then increased,and it was the lowest when the mass fraction of MWNTs is10.0%.
