摘要
采用火焰矫正弯曲变形的新旧两种工艺对板边堆焊试件和T型梁试件进行了弯曲变形的矫正,通过两种工艺矫正弯曲变形矫正量的测试和比较,以及对堆焊试件应力的测试和分析,探讨了火焰矫正弯曲变形新工艺的特点及原理。
The new and the traditional techniques of rectifying bending distortion with flame areapplied to rectify the bending dstortion of bead welding of the steel plate edge and the Tee-beamtest piece. By the test and comparison of the rectifying results of rectifying bending distortion ofthe two techniques and by the test and analysis of the stress of bead welding test pieces,the characteristics and principles of the new technique for rectfying bending distortion with flame are discussed and studied.
