摘要
采用7种不同配方的渗硼膏剂,对纯钴(Co)片和YG8硬质合金拔丝模具进行渗硼处理,并对纯钴片渗硼后的显微组织、渗层深度及YG8硬质合金拔丝模具渗硼后的耐磨性进行分析和研究,优选出在渗硼温度为950℃、渗硼时间为4h条件下,最佳膏剂配方为50%B_4C+25%NaF+25%Na_2SiF_6。
By use of seven kinds of ingredient of pasty boronising agent for the boronising treatments of pure cobalt plate and YG8 hard alloy pulling die are described. The microstructure and the depth of boronising layer of pure cobalt plate and the wear resistance of YG8 hard alloy pulling die are analysed after boronising. The optimum ingredient under the conditions of boronising temperature 950℃ and boronising time 4 h is chosen by 50%B4C+25%NaF+25%Na2Sif6.
