摘要
根据加工中心使工件在机床上一次安装后由数控程序实现多种工序高度集中加工的工艺特点,提出了合理使用加工中心的9条建议,并对加工中心使用中遇到的热变形、残余应力对零件精度的影响以及切屑处理的困难提出了解决办法。
Based on the high concentrated machining traits of multiple processes which are achieved by the digital controlled programs when the workpieces are once-through installed in machine tool of the machining center, nine suggestions to rational use the machining center are put forward. And the solutions to solve the influences of hot dleformation and residual stress on the accuracy of workpieces and the difficulties of scraps treatment are provided.
