摘要
介绍一种利用磁铁矿生产粘结橡塑磁粉的新型方法，探讨了各种添加剂，烧结制度及粒度对磁性能的影响。通过中试证明，此工艺完全可应用于大规模工业生产。
Described in the present paper is a new wny of fabricating anisotropic bonded plastic-rubber magnetic powder using megnetite. The effects of additives, sintering procedure and particle sise on magnetic properties are discussed. A pilot test showed that this process was applicable to a large-scae production.
