介绍了美国信息存储器件ＩＳＤ公司单片语音芯片的工作原理及基本结构，简介了应用于列车模拟驾驶器和微机辅助司机培训装置中的开发装置及应用系统，该系统取得了很好的效果。
This thesis introduces the working principles and fundamental architecture of the single speech chips,which belongs to the America information memorize ISD company. It introduces the developed application system that design ourselves,and describes the application in the system of driver training device, all have made good effects.
