摘要
研究了用非真空感应炉+真空感应炉全返回法冶炼软磁合金1J50时,在非真空感应炉预熔炼阶段采取脱氧与不脱氧工艺对合金质量与性能的影响。结果表明,非真空预熔炼时采取脱氧工艺比不脱氧工艺使真空冶炼时沸腾飞溅少,冶炼时间短,H、O 含量低,磁性能显著提高。
A study was made of the effect of deoxidization on the qualities and properties of soft magetic alloy 1J50,which was employed at the non-vacuum induction smelting stage in a process in which full return scraps were used to smelt the alloy in a duplex non-vacuum/vacuum furnace.It was found that the smelting sputters produced in the preliminary non-vacuum smelting were markedly reduced by the deoxidization,the smelting time cut down,the contents of hydrogen and oxygen diminished,and the magnetic property improved appreciably.
