钢铁企业SO_2排放控制的探讨

摘要 本文简介了钢铁企业 SO_2排放及其控制概况,分析了高炉煤气布袋除尘过程中 H_2S(SO_2)去除率高达92%~100%的原因,探讨了布袋除尘脱硫的机理,阐述了使用布袋除尘工艺较其他除尘方式有较高的脱硫效率。本文分析了钢铁企业主要 SO_2排放工序一烧结、热电锅炉、焙烧、水泥立窑等烟(粉)尘的主要成份,探讨了采用布袋除尘工艺对它们的烟气进行同时除尘、脱硫是可行的;探讨了采用布袋除尘工艺对脱硫的影响因素及解决的方向。提出了应用布袋除尘工艺于钢铁企业主要 SO_2(H_2S)排放工序使除尘、脱硫设施一体化,简化了工艺;降低了成本,从而使上述工序在烟尘控制的基础上 SO_2也得到有效的控制。 The SO_2 emission and its control encountered in iron and steel works are breifly described in the present paper.The bag-collecTor process is currently used for dedusting and desulfurization.It was found that the desulfurizing rate for blast furnace gas by this process was 92%~100%,better than other processes. The mechanism by which this process works was elucidated.The applicability of the bag collector dedusting process to iron and steel works,and its influence on the desulfurization efficiency were also investigated.It was shown that dedusting and desulfurization took place simultaneously,therefore an integrated equipment for the two operations could be used in each main emission stage.As a result,the production technology was simplified,and the operational cost reduced.
