摘要
螺旋供料器的螺杆等典型的不规则细长杆件的表面质量直接影响着它的耐磨损等机械性能,常规的热处理方法虽可保证表面硬度却很难保证热处理后零件不变形。运用激光加工很容易满足零件的许多特殊要求。本文讨论零件表面激光加工强化的物理基础和激光辐射作用下材料金相组织的变化。
The surface quality of the screw rod for spiral transporter,which is a typical irregular slender part,markedly affects its mechanical property such as wear resistance.While providing surface hardness,the conventional heat treatments cannot guarantee the part from deformation.Many of the specific requirements for the part,however,are easy to be met by laser hardening.The physical principles of laser hardening was elucidated,and the change in mierostructure brought about by the process presented.
