绝经妇女骨质疏松症及其骨折的SPA骨矿定量与X线形态学的研究

A STUDY OF SPA MEASUREMENT OF BONE MINERAL DENSITY AND X-RAY MORPHOLOGY ABOUT OSTEOPOROSIS AND SECONDARY FRACTURE IN MENOPAUSAL WOMEN

摘要 用单光子吸收骨矿分析仪测量了220例健康女性右侧尺、桡骨中、远1/3交界处骨矿量。并拍摄其右侧尺、桡骨正位X光片。结果显示:①绝经女性尺、桡骨骨矿量与年龄和绝经年限呈显著负相关,尤以60~69岁间及绝经15年以上为显著。同时,随着年龄增长和绝经年限增加,尺、桡骨出现远侧段直至全长范围的骨皮质分层,并伴有骨端囊状骨质吸收。②女性骨矿量下降24%以上或尺、桡骨骨皮质分层指数为Ⅲ°以下时,预示可能会发生骨折。 The bone mineral density was measured between the middle'1/3' and distal '1/3'site on the right ulna and radius using SPA in 220cases of healthy females, and anteroposterior roentgenogram of right forearm was taken on above females. The results showed: ①A significantly negative correlation was observed between BMD and age as well as the time of menopause, especially bone loss accelerating during the period from 60 to 69 years old and over 15 years after menopause. Simultaneously, as age and the time of menopause increased, ulna and radius presented laminated cortex ranged from distal part to whole length and cystic absorption area of bone mass in the bone end. ②When BMD was reduced by 24% over or laminated cortex index of ulna and radius was less than third degree in females, fracture might happen.
