摘要
采用单纯自体心包片作心房间隔缺损修补和右室流出道加宽24例，术后早、晚期各死亡1例，均与心包片应用无关。随访4～26个月，22例疗效满意。主要介绍手术方法的改进，认为单纯心包片材料具有可靠的远期效果。
The autograft of pericardia was used to repair ASD and widen the right ventricular output tract (RVOT) in 24 cases from Aug. 1994 to Mar.1996. The results showed that satisfactory effect could be seen in 22 cases and death in two, early and late death in one respectively, through 4～26months follow-up. Therefore, through modifying the operative methods, we consider that autograft of pericardia patch is reliable and contributes to good late result.
