乳磨牙Ⅱ、Ⅲ度龋活髓切断改良术疗效观察

Observation of Effect in Ⅱ and Ⅲ Degrees Caries of Primary Molars Treated by way of Vital Pulpotomy

目的：为保留乳牙，减少因龋病引起的一些并发症，诱导正常恒牙至萌出期。方法：作者所治疗的５８例患儿１０８颗牙齿，均行局麻下一次活髓切断充填术，同时分别进行活髓切断治疗组与常规治疗组对比。结果：治疗组１０８颗牙齿治愈８７．９６％，对照组１３０颗牙齿治愈８０．７７％，表明治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。结论：通过其疗效观察，该疗法可显著消除引起诸多并发症的中间环节。对小儿幼嫩的牙颌系统具有较大的保护意义。

Objective: Dental caries is a common disease to influence oral health of children. According to the characteristic of children's growth and dissection of deciduous teeth, there are higher pulp horn and most commonly have hidden exposed pulp. The therapeutic effect did not satisfied with routine treatment of pulp protection in the past. In order to reduce complications it is better to guide the succedaneous permanent teeth to take their places at proper time. Methods: The carious teeth were preserved and the illpulps were treated in case of the caries of the primary molars being more severe. The caries teeth were filled after vital pulpotomy and it was completed at once under local anesthesia. Results: Comparing the 58 cases and 108 teeth that have been treated with the control (routinely treated) group, it was found that the effect of the treated group was higher than that of the control group. Its cure rate was 87.96 percent but the control one was 80.77 percent. Conclusions: Vital pulptomy provides the effect to reduce complications in treating caries of primary molars. It is worthy used and popularized so as to protect normal growth of the masticatory system of children.
