摘要
用 ELISA 探讨了麻风菌与结核菌85复合体抗原间的交叉反应性,结果表明麻风菌85复合体 B的特异性较强,而麻风菌85复合体 A 与结核菌85复合体间具有交叉反应性,其特异性有待进一步研究。
The cross—reaction antigenicities of Mleprae 85 complex A and B with Mtu- berculosis 85 complex were studied respectivelyThe results showed that the Mleprae 85 com- plex B has higher specificity than the complex A which showed a crossing reaction with 85 com- plex of Mtuberculosis.
