门诊麻风患者的分析

Analysis of Leprosy Patients at the Clinic of the Institute Of Dermatology,CAMS

中国医科院皮肤病研究所位于江苏省会南京市,每日门诊平均约700人次,病人来自全国各地,其中常有麻风病人被发现。1991年1月～1996年12月来就诊的麻风患者均经麻风专业人员会诊,根据临床、细菌或病理检查而确诊,并有详细记录可供分析。少数未经专业人员会诊的麻风患者均未包括在本组内。可供分析的共有88例,其中TT 10例。

The Institute of DermatologyChi- nese Academy of Medicine Sciences,in Nanjingre- ceived some 700 outpatients a dayof which 88 cas- es of leprosy have been foundin January 1991 to December 1996including TT/BT 4,1BB 15 and BL/LL 29and 58 males and 30 females with a mean age of 39.9 years(9 to 70)and a mean dis- ease duration of 24 months(1 to 100)And five were relapsed after DDS—cured and those who were positive in their smears were in 47 with a mean BI of 329making up 534%On diagnosedthere was Type I reaction in nine(102 %)and visible disability in 18(205%)Most(39)of them were found in May to July and some(28)were from oth- er provinces except JiangsuThe authors pointed out that the departments of dermatology in hospitals still are one of the most important places for finding lep- rosy cases.
