摘要
目的：探讨Ｐ物质对糖尿病慢性并发症的影响及作用。方法：应用放免法对２９例糖尿病患者及３３例正常人进行血浆Ｐ物质测定。结果：糖尿病患者Ｐ物质下降，与正常人相比有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．００１），并与空腹血糖升高相关。
