摘要
本文对TLD100(LiF∶Mg∶Ti)样品的三维热释光(TL)谱进行了测量和分析,观测到了经室温辐照的样品具有64℃、116℃、156℃、190℃、218℃的发光峰及若干个高温峰;其发射谱主要由2.67eV、2.82eV、3.19eV及3.34eV等4个发光带组成。本文还对辐照后的样品进行了吸收光谱的测量。结合前人的报告。
The 3 demensional thermoluminescence(3D TL)spectra of TLD 100 samples have been recorded and analyzed.Thermal emissions at 64℃,116℃,156℃,190℃,218℃ and higher temperatures are detected in the samples irradiated at room temperature.The spectrum of every thermal emission consists of 4 main bands at 2.67eV,2.82eV,3.19eV and 3.34eV,respectively.TL emission mechanism is discussed based on the studies of the optical absorption spectra with the reference to the previous reports.
