摘要
本文利用软压头技术，探讨了金刚石薄膜材料在点接触加载条件下的破坏形式以及外加应力与薄膜破坏之间的关系。
The types of failure in diamond thin films materials and the relationship between the failure and the applied stress have been investigated by means of soft impressor technique.
