角膜、结膜联合径路小梁切除术临床分析

Trabeculectomy of trans corneal and conjunctival approach

为了减少青光眼滤过手术后滤过泡疤痕形成，我们对１４例患者１７只青光眼采用角膜、结膜联合径路作小梁切除术，明显减少了巩膜瓣表面球结膜的刺激和损伤。术后随访２２—２４个月，所有眼均形成功能性滤过泡，在未使用降眼压药的情况下，眼压稳定在１９．５ｍｍＨｇ以下，表明这是一种可行的青光眼滤过手术。

Approach to overcome fibrosis of fistulizing bleb in glaucoma filtering surgery,we have made trans corneal and conjunctival trabeculectomy in 17 eyes with glaucoma.The conjunctiva over sclera flap is least violated during the procedures.Our experience showed that in all operating eyes followed for 22—24 months intraocular pressure control of less than 2 6 kPa could be achieved without the use of antiglaucoma medications and functional fistulizing bleb had formed.This approach has the merits of simplicity,availability,and ease of use.
