Rapid Molecular Weight Determination of 1H-2, 3-Di hydro-1-Pyrrolizinone Derivatives by LDI-TOF-MS

本文采用激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(LDI-TOF-MS)法快速测定了1H-2,3-二氢-1-吡咯里嗪酮系列衍生物,实验中不需加入基质即可得到每一个化合物准确分子量,而且实测值与理论计算值相吻合,获得了令人满意的结果。实验证明本方法对检测该类化合物的分子量快速、简捷、准确。

The molecular weights of a series of 1H-2, 3-Dihydro-1-Pyrrolizinone derivatives have been rapidly determined by LDI-TOF-MS.No matrix is needed to assist the desorption and ionization processes of the samples.The results indicate that the experimental values is identical with the theoretical values and LDI-TOF-MS is a rapid, simple and accurale method for the molecular weight determination of 1H-2, 3-Dihydro-1-Pyrrolizinone derivatives.
