摘要
本文研究了在pH=10的NaHCO_3—NaOH介质中,痕量铜对过氧化氢氧化甲酚红褪色反应的催化作用,据此建立了一个催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜的新方法。本法的线性范围为0.8—7.2ngCu(Ⅱ)ml,检测限为0.23ng/mL。用于头发和自来水中痕量铜的测定时,得到满意的结果。
Copper (Ⅱ)catalze the oxidation of cresol red by H_2O_2 in a medium buffered to pH 10. 00 with NaHCO_3-NaOH and copper can be determined by spectropometry with the decolorization effect. The linear range of the method is 0. 8-7. 2ng/mL with a detection limit of 0. 23ng/mL. The method has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of Cu (Ⅱ) in human hair and tapwater samples.
