摘要
本文介绍了一种新的增强极点Q的技术,提出了两个新的单运放开关电容(SC)带通滤波器,给出了设计方程和电容分布最佳设计.计算表明:本文电路的电容分布得到大幅度地减小.最后,还考察了电路的极点频率和极点Q灵敏度.
A new Q enhanced technique is presented, and two new switched-oapaoitor filters based on the technique are proposed. Design equations and optimal solutions for capacitor spread are obtained. Computation shows that the capacitor spread for the proposed circuits can be significantly reduced.
