摘要 介绍了应用铁谱、发射光谱和配有能谱仪的电子扫描显微镜等分析技术对12VE230ZC型柴油机的润滑油样进行分析,从而获得磨损信息.铁谱分析能判别机器磨损工况的正常与否,并能判断引起异常磨损的原因.光谱分析通过发现指示性元素和元素浓度的异常来判断柴油机故障.对有异常磨损磨粒的谱片用电镜和能谱进行分析,有助于确定磨损的部位. In order to get diesel′s wear condition, the ferrography, spectroscopy, SEM, etc are used to analyze the particles in lubricating oil sampled from the lubricating system. Not only the normal and abnormal wear particles, but also the reason causing faults may be determined by means of ferrograph analysis. The emission spectroscopy can show the concentration of small particles, and it is contributed to find the faults. The SEM can determine the wear particle composition and identify the vital component′s working condition.
