Chemical Determination of Cr_(12)MoV Alloy in Different Heat Treatment State by XRF

介绍用X射线荧光光谱即（XRF）经验系数法直接测定Cr12MoV的化学成分（除C、S），并比较不同热处理状态下Cr12MoV中各种化学成分的变化。

The present paper describes the determination of high alloy tool steel (Cr12MoV) in differeat heat treatment state by empirical coeffident method of X-ray fluorescene spectrometry. The analytical results show that the content of the element Cr has been varied.
