大鼠股神经一级传入纤维在脊髓胶状质定位投射的定量分析──FRAP法

摘要 目的:研究大鼠股神经一级传入纤维在脊髓胶状质(SG)的投射定位。方法:按照跨神经节溃变的原理.用抗氟化物酸性磷酸酶(FRAP)法和显微测量进行定量研究。结果:大鼠股神经向SG的纵向投射主要为L1-L3,L1-L3各节段SG水平向“眉毛状反应带”长所测均值分别为0.776、0.833、0.880mm,而股神经向L1-L3各节段SG水平向投射所测均值分别在0.165—0.375、0.208—0.474、0.273~0.489mm。结论:上述结果显示股神经投射区占SG内侧带外测部和中间带内侧部。 Objective TO research the orientational projections of the primary afferent fibers of the rat's femoral nerve to the substantia gelatinosa (SG) of spinal cord. Methods In accordance with the principle of transganglion degeneration, a quantitative research was made, adopting fluoride-resistant and phosphatas(FRAP) and micromeasurement tchnique. Result The longitudinal projection of remoral nerve to SG was in L1-L3. The mean value of horizontla eyebrow-like reactive zone of the SG in L1 -- L3 was measured as 0. 776mm, 0. 833mm, 0. 880mm respectively. And the mean value measured in the horizontal projection of the femoral nerve to L1 --L3 was in 0. 165 -- 0. 375mm, 0.208--0.474mm and 0.273 --0. 489mm area respectively. Conclusion The results show that the projection area of femoral nerve to SG was in the outside of the inside zone and the inside of the medial zone.
