摘要
作者对进口散装食用油在卫生监督中常遇到的问题进行分析讨论,提出对进口散装毛油的检验可放在后续管理上,精炼食用油的检验项目及允许含量应向国际食品法规标准方向靠拢,对制订食用棕榈油卫生标准是否考虑删去质量指标部分提出建议。
The problems in hygienic surveillance of imported edible oil in bulk were discussed. In-specton of imported gross oil in bulk 'can be conducted in follow - up management. The inspection items and its allowed content of refined edible oil should close up to the international laws and regulations and standards of food. The proposal that weather the index of quality of products should be cut off in working out the hygienic standard of palm oil was raised.
