广西海港国际海员巡诊医疗情况分析

Analysis on Condition of Medical Service for International Sailors at Guangxi Seaports

本文对1993年至1996年于广西的北海港及防城港口岸对国际海员巡诊医疗的情况进行了统计分析。四年中入出境的船员共159675人次,接受巡诊医疗服务的船员共1025例,就诊率为0.64%,各年度就诊率差异无显著性(X^2=4.54,P>0.05)。中国籍入出境船员共58655人次,就诊126例,就诊率0.21%;外籍入出境船员共101020人次,就诊899例,就诊率0.89%。外籍船员就诊率显著高于中国籍船员就诊率(X^2=265,P>0.005)。就诊者中男性982例(95.8%),女性43例(4.2%)、均为外籍人员。就诊者来自25个国家和地区,就诊病例数较多的有菲律宾籍(135例),中国籍(126例)及俄罗斯籍(117例)。疾病种类涉及37种,按科目分为7类,传染病65例(6.3%),外伤及骨折136例(13.3%),皮肤病148例(14.4%),五官科病176例(17.2%),内科疾病258例(10.8%),其他242例(23.6%)。在传染性疾病中,STD 52例(80.0%),病毒性肝炎7例(10.8%),肺结核5例(7.7%)。内科疾病中以呼吸系统疾病为最多(93例,32.3%),其次为消化系统疾病(80例,31.0%),心脏病及高血压等循环系统疾病(41例,14.4%)。作者对疾病发生的情况及原因,以及进一步搞好对船员的巡诊医疗进行了讨论,为今后更好地开展旅行者卫生保健工作积累了资料。

The statistical data of medical service for international sailors in Beihai and Fangcheng from 1993 to 1996 were analyzed in this article. The results showed that total of 159675 person -times of international sailors entering and exiting the two seaports,and 1025 (0. 64%)international sailors had received medical service,the annual rates of receiving medical service were not obviously difference (X2 = 4. 54,P>0. 05). There were total of 58655 Chinese sailors entering or leaving the seaports and 126 cases received medical service (0. 21%). There were total of 101020 foreign sailors entering and leaving the seaports,and 899 cases received medical service (0. 89%). The rate of medical service of foreign sailors was significantly higher than that of Chinese sailors (P<0. 001). Among 1025 international sailors receiving medical service,male cases were 982 (95. 8%),female cases were 43 (4. 2%) and all of females were foreigners. The patients came from 25 countries and regions,the majority cases included Philippines (135 cases),Chinese (126 cases) and Russian (177 cases). The kinds of the diseases involved 37 sorts. According to the department,they were divided as 7 classes,of which were infectious disease 65 cases (6. 3%), trauma and fracture 136 cases (13. 3%), skin disease 148 cases (14. 4%),disease of department of eye,ear,nose tongue and throat 176 cases(176. 2%),internal disease 258 cases (25. 2%),others 242 cases(23. 6%). Among the infectious diseases,STD involved 52 cases (80. 0%),virus hepatitis 7 cases(10. 8%),active lung tuberculosis 5 cases(7. 7%). Among the internal diseases the majority were respiratory system diseases (92 cases, 32. 3%), the minority were cardiac disease and hypertension and those of the circulatory system diseases(41 cases, 14. 4%). The authors discussed furtherly that the situation and the reason of disease occurred and how to promote the medical service to the relative sailors. Those data would be useful for developing the travel health care for international sailors.
