摘要
本文作者针对入出境东兴口岸的国际旅行人员的特点,综合分析中国东兴——越南芒街边境地区的地理气候、饮食习俗、卫生状况、疾病流行特征及医疗现状等,探讨可能遇到的危害旅行健康的因素,从保护旅行者身心健康的角度提出了旅行卫生保健和咨询构想,并就如何具体、全面实施提出了建设性意见。
The international travellers entering or leaving the territory at Dongxing port were mainly in the form of travelling group and came from different areas,they were of complicated composition and short-term travelling. The persons travelling for one day constitued 69% of all travellers,that for 2 -10 days 28% and that for over 10 days only 3% ,respectively. The travellers often entering or leaving the territory formed 42% of all travellers. The travelling peak was usually at weekend. On the basis of these characteristics,the authors comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of the climate,geographical conditions, dietary composition,customs of life,hygienic conditions,epidemic characteristics of diseases,vectors and insects,and social conditions,etc. The authors also probed into the factors of health risks,and suggested to provide advisory opinions about international travel health care according to universal principle combined with specific principle, indirect principle and specific sincerely advice, to provide travel health care drugs,vaccination and medical examination,to establish international travel health care clinic in port areas,to develop the work of health care in passageway and wharf,to develop travel health care insurance,to strengthen the international health care organizations between China and Viet Nam,such as academic exchanges,disease epidemic conditions, experience of management of health care,technology,ect. ,to work out the common measures of travel health care,etc. In a word,the authors produced the importance of international travel health care at the Dongxing port and put forward the suggestions of workable measures about international travel health care.
