韶钢1~#高炉的长寿经验

The Long Campaign Experience of No. 1 Blast Furnace at SGIS

韶钢 １~＃高炉（３０５ｍ~３）投产于 １９８７年９月 ７日，在未中修的情况下，生产了 ９年零４个月，单位炉容产铁量达到６ １７７ｔ／ｍ~３，实现了长寿炉的目标。其主要经验在于：注重建筑质量；生产中重视炉况的调节和操作；在炉役后期则采取了特护措施。

The No. 1 blast furnace of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. (305 m^3 inner volume) was put into service on Septmember 7, 1987. In the period of nine years and four months, it produced a cumulative yield of 6 177 t/ m^3 hot metal without intermediate repair, thus reaching the goal of long campaign. The main experiences in extention of furnace life gained during the production are as follows: to pay attention to the construction quality, to ensure adjustment and operation in blast furnace during the routine work, to take special measures for lining protection at the end of campaign.
