自体外周血干细胞移植支持大剂量化疗治疗滑膜肉瘤(附一例报告)

Autologous Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplantation for Synovial Sarcoma (A report of one case)

本文报告应用ＡＰＢＳＣＴ技术支持大剂量化疗成功治疗１例晚期滑膜肉瘤。干细胞动员用Ｇ－ＣＳＦ３００μｇ皮下注射，连用５天，测得外周血ＣＤ３４＋细胞含量１．６％，ＭＮＣ数量４．０Ｇ／Ｌ，采集循环血量８０００ｍｌ，共采集到ＭＮＣ１．９４×１０１０个，ＣＤ３４＋细胞３．４９×１０８个，４℃冰箱保存。预处理用ＣＴＸ４５００ｍｇ、ＡＤＲ６０ｍｇ、ＤＴＩＣ１０００ｍｇ一次静脉给药。２４及３６小时两次回输干细胞。移植后ＷＢＣ最低值０．３Ｇ／Ｌ，ＡＮＣ最低值０Ｇ／Ｌ。住层流室３天，未发生合并症。移植后第１５天安全出院，现已无瘤生存８个月余。

A case of patient with synovial sarcoma receiving autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation was reported.After she received GCSF 300ug×5d for mobilization of stem cells,her CD+34cells was 16% and MNC 40 G/L in peripheral blood.The stem cells were collected from the patient,the total blood volume of collection was 8000ml.The MNC 194×1010 and CD+34cell 349×108 were collected.The cell were kept at 4℃.She was pretreated once with CTX 4500mg,ADR 60mg and DTIC 1000mg.24 hour and 36 hour later,the stem cell were reinfused Respectively.The lowest count of WBC was 03 G/L and ANC 0 G/L.The patient stayed in a laminar air flow bioclean room for 3 days without any complication and was discharged 15 days later after APBSCT.She has been in CR for more them 8 months.
