神经胶质细胞瘤增殖细胞核抗原定量分析

Quantitative analysis of PCNA expression in human glial tumours

摘要 目的:探讨神经胶质细胞瘤增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的变化。方法:对51例神经胶质细胞瘤作SP免疫组化染色,并以真彩色图像分析系统检测,结合PCNA指数计数分析。结果:Ⅱ级以上神经胶质细胞瘤PCNA表达高于Ⅰ级神经胶质细胞瘤(P<0.05);PCNA阳性核面积及着色度定量测定可用于Ⅱ级与Ⅲ、Ⅳ级神经胶质细胞瘤的鉴别(P<0.05);Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级肿瘤PCNA表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:PCNA表达与胶质细胞瘤分级相关,定量分析对胶质细胞瘤恶性程度的判定有意义。 To explore the changes of the proliferating cell nuclear antigen of human glial tumors. Method: The sections of glial tumors of 51 patients were stained by SP immunohistoche-mistry, and examined with true colour image analytic system, and calculated with index of PCNA. Result: The expression of PCNA of glial tumor grade Ⅱ was higher than grade Ⅰ (P < 0.05). The quantitative measurement of nuclear stains and positive nuclear area of PCNA was able to distinguish the glial tumor grade Ⅱ from grade Ⅲ, grade Ⅳ (P < 0. 05), but there were no obvious difference between the expression of PCNA of glial tumor grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The expression of PCNA was related with the grading of glial tumor. The quantitative analysis has siginficant meaning for the determination of the malignant degree of glial tumors.
