摘要
目的:观察乌司他丁对食管癌患者术后并发症的预防作用。方法:选择食管癌患者60例,随机分为对照组和乌司他丁治疗组。乌司他丁组在术前3天至术后3天,每天给予乌司他丁20万U,观察术后并发症的发生率、ICU时间以及住院时间等指标。结果:乌司他丁组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,以肺部并发症最有意义(P<0.05),且ICU留置时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对食管癌患者应用乌斯他丁,能明显减少术后并发症,而且缩短ICU留置时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To evaluate the potential efficacy of preventive effect of ulinastatin on postoperative complications in esophagectomy patients.Methods: Sixty patients with esophageal cancer were preoperatively allocated at random into two equal groups.Ulinastatin was intravenously administered to the treatment group(U)at a dose of 200000 U every 24h from 3 days pre-operation until 3 days post-operation,whereas the control group(C)received placebo.Clinical courses of patients in the two groups were compared.Results: The rate of postoperative complications and the duration of ICU stay was significantly lower in the U group(P0.05).Conclusion: Ulinastatin is worth using in clinic course for its preventive effect on postoperative complications and decrease of the ICU stay in esophagectomy patients.
