微粒体环氧化物水解酶在膀胱癌中表达的研究

摘要 目的:探讨微粒体环氧化物水解酶(mEH)在正常膀胱组织和膀胱癌中的表达及其与临床分期和病理分级的关系。方法:应用western blot和链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接(SP)法检测20例正常膀胱组织、90例膀胱癌组织中mEH的表达情况及其与膀胱癌各临床病理参数的关系。结果:膀胱癌和癌旁正常组织中均有mEH的表达,但在膀胱癌中的表达量明显低于癌旁正常组织的表达量且具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。膀胱癌组织中mEH蛋白表达总阳性率为31.11%,显著低于正常膀胱组织的65%(P<0.05),而且与肿瘤病理分级及肿瘤临床分期具有显著的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:mEH蛋白的低表达与膀胱癌的发生、发展密切相关,可以为膀胱癌的良、恶性分析及判断肿瘤的生物学行为提供一定的依据。 Objective:To explore the expression of microsomal epoxide hydrolase(mEH)in normal tissue and bladder cancer tissue and to investigate the relationship between the expression and the clinical stage and pathological grade.Methods: Western blot and SP assay were used to examine the expression of mEH in 20 normal bladder tissues and 90 bladder cancer tissues and the relationship with the clinicopathological parameters.Results: There were the expression of mEH in both the normal tissue and bladder cancer,but its expression level in bladder cancer was obviously lower than that of normal tissue and there was statistical significance.The positive rate of mEH expression was 31.11% in bladder cancer which was obviously lower than that of normal tissue(65%)(P0.05).Moreover,there was significant correlation with the clinicopathological parameters(P0.05).Conclusion: The low expression level of mEH was related to the occurrence and development of bladder cancer which could provide the evidence of the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumor and the determination the biological characteristics of tumor.
