摘要
微量元素锌具有广泛的生物学效应及重要的生理、生化功能。锌的代谢、分布与骨改建关系密切,作为骨代谢的“激活因子(activactor)”调节成骨细胞的增殖、分化。同时有研究证明:处于生长发育期的大鼠。锌的缺乏对正畸牙齿的移动造成不良影响。因此本研究目的是想通过外源性补锌,观察锌对正畸牙齿移动的影响。结果发现:在两周观察期内,补锌组动物牙齿移动距离与对照组相比,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。光镜观察及图像分析显示:实验组牙周组织成骨、破骨都很活跃,14d后张力侧新生骨的量比对照组明显增多。提示:锌可能通过直接或间接作用,调节细胞的功能活性,促进齿槽骨的改建。
Purpose: To investigate the effect of zine supplement on the tooth movement in rabbits. Method: After the rabbits were injected Zn2SO4 for two weeks, the distance of tooth movement of the operated rabbits was measured. Result: the distance of the tooth movement in the experimental group was larger than that in the control group(P<0. 05). The histological changes showed that the osteoge-nesis and osteolysis of the periodontal tissuse appeared progessively active. It was demostrated that the zine supplement could promote the movement of the mandibular first motar tooth during the orthodontic operation and zine might be beneficial to the alveolar bone remodeling in rabbits.
