H_(22)热固化瘤苗在荷瘤小鼠中的抗癌作用

摘要 目的:探讨肿瘤细胞体外经热处理后的抗肿瘤效应。方法:采用普通水浴加热方法将小鼠H_(22)肝癌细胞经处理后制成瘤苗,腹腔移植H_(22)细胞,然后用瘤苗免疫LCR小鼠,观察小鼠的平均存活天数。结果:水浴加热完全杀死H_(22)细胞,制备的瘤苗能显著保护荷瘤小鼠的存活时间(P<0.01)。结论:采用水浴加热方法制备的肿瘤瘤苗能增强机体的抗瘤作用。 Objective: To study the antitumor effect of heat treated H22 tumor vaccine. Method: H22 hepatic carcinoma cells had been heated in the water bath and the H22 tumor vaccine was made. Then the intraperitoneal trasnplantation of H22 cells was performed in the mice. After the transplantation for seven days, the tumor vaccine was injected subcutaneously in the experimental group and the saline was injected in the control group. Their mean sruvival time (MST) was observed. Results: MST of the experimental group was longer than that of the control(P<0. 05). Conclusion: The tumor vaccine had an anti -tumor effect in vivo.
