自身免疫性溶血性贫血的免疫指标观察

CHANGES OF TMMUNE SYSTEM OF PATIENTS WITH AUTOIMMUNE HEMOLYTIC ANEMIA

通过对23例自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)患者数项免疫指标观察,了解该病体液免疫系统的变化,以期探讨AIHA的发病机理。结果:抗人体球蛋白直接试验阳性率高达83％,红细胞致敏抗体以抗IgG并抗C_3型阳性率高,在部分患者中查到抗核抗体、抗SSB、抗JC-1、TM及TG,免疫球蛋白定量以增多为多见。认为AIHA可能是一种免疫紊乱导致以红细胞破坏为突出表现的多系统疾病。

A lot of immue items were observed in 23 cases with autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AI-HA) in order to study the mechanism of AIHA. The results showed that the positive rate of Coombs' test of these subjects was 83% and positive rate of anti-IgG complicated with anti-C3 on RBC was very higoh. ANA, anti-SSB, anti -JC-1, TM and TG were also found in some cases. The level of immunoglobulin increased in most cases. It is indicated that AIHA may be a multiple system disease induced by the abnormality of immune system, which results in RBC hemolysis.
