摘要
本文根据工业锅炉燃烧特点及配风要求,以一台热效率比较高,环保指标比较好的1.4MW热水锅炉为基础,利用七孔探针测试了不同炉膛出口形状下的炉内空气动力场。测试结果表明:工业锅炉中,炉膛出口折焰墙形状对炉内空气动力场有较大影响。通过试验研究,提出了折焰墙尺寸的确定原则。这对于节约燃料,降低工业锅炉初始排尘浓度和烟气黑度,对于工业锅炉燃烧室的设计和改造具有较大实际意义。
Based on the measurements about the fluid field with seven probes , this paper studies the inner aerodynamic characteristic of a 1. 4MW industrial hot water boiler with higher effeciency and better environment indexes according to the combustion characters and the draft air demand. The survey indicates that the aerodynamic filed is influenced by the outlet shapes of block flame wall. The calculation methods to verify the dimension of outlet shapes of block flame wall are put out according to the data gotten from the boiler test. Knowing this point has great practical significance about saving fuel, decreasing the initial ash density, reducing the indued gas darkness, designing and improving the combustor of the industrial boiler
