试论药用植物专业技术人才的培养

DISCUSION ABOUT THE TRAINING OF QUALIFIED PERSONS IN THE SPECIALITY OF HERBMEDICIEF

本文论述了药用植物专业的学科特点和培养目标,并在此基础上指出了实现这一目标的措施与手段.一方面加强专业思想教育,使学生树立坚定的事业心和使命感;另一方面,修订教学计划,组织好教材建设;详细论述了实验教学、参观教学、生产实习、毕业实习等环节在药用植物专业技术人才培养中的作用,强调了实践环节和能力培养的重要性.

The charancteristic and training object of the speciality of Herbmedicine are discussed in the paper. on the basis,the means and sbeps to reach are pointed out. The first aspect is to strengthen ideological education about speciality,to enable student to set firm dedicaton and sense of mission. The other aspect is to revise teaching plan,to organice the construction of teaching book. The effcet of suoh links as experimental teaching, visiting teaching,production field work,graduation project etc. on the present development of technicians in hetbmedicine scince are discussed in greater detail. The importance of practice and training ability is strassed in the paper.
