摘要
本文对大黄腹膜透析液的成分进行了分析研究,采用薄层层析法进行定性鉴别;以1,8Κ二羟基蒽醌为对照,1％醋酸镁甲醇液为显色剂,在510nm波长处测定制剂中的总蒽醌的含量。方法简便、快速,结果准确。
The content of anthrquinone derivatives in the Rhubarb Intraperitoneal Dialysis solution was determined by spectrophotometry. This method is sensitive, simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be applied to the quality control of this product.
