摘要
通过对黄铜标样及样品的测试,建立了X荧光能谱仪测定黄铜中铜含量的方法。本方法采用能谱仪中定量分析软件;选择适当工作条件,测定黄铜中钢元素。其准确度,精密度,均能满足分析要求。
This paper reported the analysis of Cu in brass by ED—XRF. The analytical precisicn and accuracy was satisfactory. The method was rapid and reliable.
