14例梅毒血清阳性调查分析

The Analysis of 17 Cases of Positive Syphilis Serum

本文报道了舟山卫检局1994年1月至1996年6月对入出境人员疾病监测体检,经梅毒血清检查发现的17例潜伏期梅毒的情况。作者对检验结果进行了分析,指出在不易获得病史和临床症状不明显的情况下,血清学检验在梅毒诊断上的重要意义。

17 cases of positive syphilis serum were found through diseases surveillance examination of the persons entering or leaving the territory. All of the 17 cases were latent syphilis. 10 cases came from Taiwan provence among the 17 cases, all of them were retired, they were 66～80 years old. 7 cases were native of zhoushan place among the 17 cases, they were 5 fishermen, 1 sailer, and 1 cadre, were 30～51 years old. The serological test showed that the RPR were (?) or (?), and the TPHA were from 1:160 to 1:2,560.
