摘要
1985年4月舟山发现首例HFRS(出血性肾综合征)病人,我们就着手对舟山港的定海、普陀、岱山三个对外开放的港口附近地区各种鼠种与人群进行HFV抗原与血清学抗体检测,现报告如下:
The first case of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) was found in Zhoushan area in April, 1985. The authors investigated the situation of rats carried HFV and infected population at zhoushan port area. The species and density of rats were investigated in Dinhai, Putuo and Dashan areas, 6 species of rats and total of 1,932 rats have been captured. The average of density of rats were 6.7% in the port areas and 15.0% in the rural areas. 118 antigens of HFV were detected among 1,932 rats, the positive rates was 6.1%. 5 persons of latent infection were detected, the detected rate was 0.35% (5/1,416), the h ighst was 1:40 and the GMT was 19. 95. 49 antibodies of HFV were confirmed diagnosis from saspected patients, the liter of antibody was from 1:20 to 1:5,120, and the GMT was 259.54.
