副溶血性弧菌,又称嗜盐性弧菌,分布在近海岸的海水、海底沉积物、鱼类、贝类上,是具有致病的菌株。一旦食物被副溶血弧菌污染后,能引起食物中毒,具来势猛,潜伏期短,恢复快等特点。有的症状发热、腹痛、呕吐、腹泻多呈血性水便。某年10月1日14时～2日12时××部队59人就餐,由于吃了凉拌海蛰皮后数小时发病38人,
This paper reported that total of 38 cases occurred food poisoning among 59 persons affer eating cold jellyfish and dressed with sauce, the ratio of occurring was 64.6% (38/59). The occurring time continued for 20 hours, the occurring peak was from 4 to 9 hours after eating the jellyfish, in this peroid, 35 cases were occurred. 38 cases recovered health in 6-10 hours after treatment.
