X荧光能谱法测定锡基合金标样中三个元素

ED-XRF Analyses of Three Elements in Reference Materials of Sn-Alloy

本文提出X荧光能谱法测定锡基合金中三个元素含量的方法。本方法采用能谱仪中定量分析软件,选择适当工作条件,测定锡基合金中三个元素。结果表明标样中锡含量在80.27％.—86.61％之间,锑含量在7.87％—11.81％之间,铜含量在4.06％—6.72％之间。测定值与推荐值偏差均≤0.1％,相对标准偏差<3％,能满足分析要求。

Three elements in the reference materials of Sn-alloy were analyzed by ED-XRF. The results showed that the analytical precision was≤0.1%. The method was rapid and reliable.
