尤脱欣治疗尖锐湿疣的临床对照观察

Comparative observation between wartosin and GX- I type-versatile electro-ion machine in treatment of condyloma acuminaturn.

用0.5％鬼臼毒素酊(尤脱欣)局部外涂治疗生殖器尖锐湿疣30例,总有效率为100％,治愈率为93.3％。除局部有刺激症状外,无全身不良反应。并与GX-Ⅱ型多功能电离子治疗机的疗效进行了对比观察。

30 cases of patients with genital condy-loma acuminata were treated with Wartosin (5% tinctura podophyllotoxin) used topically. The total effective rate is 100. 0% and the cure rate is 93. 3%. No systemic side-effect, except several local irritant symptoms, was seen. Meanwhile, a comparison was made in the curative effects on genital condyloma acuminata between Wartosin and GX- I type-versatile electro-ion machine.
