X线导向经皮肺穿刺活检

X-ray guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of the lung.

报告X线导向经皮肺穿刺活检23例,确诊率为89.6％(20/23),仅1例发生轻度气胸,无其他并发症。用自制芯齿型穿刺活检针试做3例,能一次穿刺反复取材,提高了取材成功率,效果满意。

X-ray guided percutaneous pulmonary puncture biopsy was performed in 23 patients. The result was positive in 86. 9% (20/23). Only one patient presented slight pnenmothorax and no any other complications accompanied after the biopsy. The author has punctured three times with home- made thorny-core biopsy needle successfully. It enables repeating biopsy in one puncture, hence increase the chance of obtain-ning positive result. The method is worth further study.
