液体发射药的粘流活化焓和低温粘度的预估

摘要 测定了三种液体发射药的低温粘度,研究了粘流活化焓与温度的关系,计算了粘滞流动的活化焓。并与玻璃化转变的活化焓结合起来,对由普通方法得到的安德烈方程的几个参数进行修正,从而发展了一种改进的预测液体发射药低温粘度的方法。与常用的VTF方程进行比较,表明这种改进的方法对于预测液体发射药的低温粘度有着更高的精度。 The viscosities for three liquid gun propellants (LGP) at various temperature have been determined, the dependence of their activation enthalpies of viscous flow on temperature has been investigated and the activation enthalpies have also been calculated. The parameters of Andre′s equation were modified and a new method used to estimate the viscosity of LGP at low temperature was developed by way of the combination of the activation enthalpies of viscous flow with those of glass transition. The results show that this method is more accurate than fitted VTF Equation for the estimation of viscosity of LGP at low temperature.
