The necessity and importance of the cooperation of factory-institute was expounded in this paper. Three issues on the cooperation were discussed, that is, the cooperation was a effective way to promote the progress of science and technology, it was also beneficial to hasten long-time economic development of enterprises, and the system of the cooperation should be made great efforts to establish and perfect. It was also discussed that the cooperation was necessary choice for earring out the strategy of technological innovation and promoting the two systematic transformations.
