摘要
本文总结了太原市实施科技启明星计划3年来的实践经验和取得的效果,分析了太原市科技人才部分现状和在人才培养工作方面的一些不足,提出了对培养人才工作的思考。
The practice experience and achieed results in enforcing the plan about scientific and technological venus lor three years in Tatyuan were summarized. The present situation of Taryuan's scientific and technological useful citizens as well as the inadequacies of training them were analyzed. The thinking how to bring up useful citizens was put forward.
