The main content of modern enterprise svslem was elaborated In- analvzimg enterprise's drawbacks under planned economy system. It was put forward that establishing modern enterprise system is the inevitable trend with the deepening of the economic structural and that effective ways of establishing modern enterprise system is to chang the management mechanism of the enterprises.
